Naughty Dog’s knee-deep developing Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, but that doesn’t mean the team’s totally forgotten about its other franchises. Namely Jak And Daxter. Will we see another game from the lauded franchise? Naughty Dog co-president Evan Wells says they’d “love to”.
The Xbox Live Arcade is home to a great selection platformers that may not have seen a release anywhere else. While Little Big Planet fights to keep side scrolling platformers relevant to a modern audience, few other platformers are getting full releases on current consoles. This does not mean we are getting less, just from different places. We can all hope that “Sonic: Generations” might spark new interest into this fading genre, but for now lets looks at the best thats on offer for download on the Xbox Live Arcade.
There are smart people, and then there are geniuses. A Sonic fan has messed around a bit with the files on the Sonic Generation demo released yesterday, and was able to unlock all the game’s information, including DLC, stages, bosses etc.

Sony’s just announced that Insomniac Games-developed Ratchet and Clank: All4One will be released on October 13th in the U.S. It’ll land in Europe on October 19th, and some great pre-order bonuses were also announced.
Sega only yesterday announced it’s latest game from Sonic, and already we’re seeing gameplay vids land on gaming’s web. You won’t be disappointed, however, as in classic Sonic The Hedgehog style, the gameplay you’re about to see will bring back memories from the good old days….
Sega’s just announced the next major Sonic game dubbed Sonic Generation which will be made available for PS3 and Xbox 360.

When last did you insert LBP2′s Blu-Ray into your PS3 and took the game for a spin? Hope it hasn’t been too long because if that’s the case, you’ve been missing out on gaming heaven. Over 4 million levels of gaming heaven, that is.

Chart-Track’s released its UK game sales numbers, and amongst the throng, in the top ten, you’ll find Black Ops, Just Dance 2, FIFA 11 and Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.

Can a game be a winner even before it’s released? Many a gamer would argue no. But some will say yes, and amongst the optimists, especially for LittleBigPlanet 2, you’ll find me there, cheering the masses on to purchase this game because it’s loads of fun.
The latest story trailer released by Sony tells tale of Sackboy joining an alliance in order to save LittleBigPlanet from “The Negativitron”.

Before you can say 2011, LittleBigPlanet 2 would have already arrived on store shelves around the world. So don’t blame Sony and Media Molecule because they’ve made available for the public’s viewing pleasure the game’s final box art.
Listen, even if you knew nothing of the platformer, just looking at Sackboy with that indelible smile alone would coax you into buying it.
