Didn’t you know? LittleBigPlanet 2 will be one of the biggest titles this holiday season, and in an effort to make the game the best possible, Media Molecule’s asking for your help. Who wants to be part of the game’s beta?
Just to let you know, your chances are better if you were “active” in the first game.

UPDATE: According to a Sony spokesperson, “Now that Emily is just back from filming Haven she will be working with [Uncharted development studio] Naughty Dog on some DLC content.”
No Uncharted 3 yet, then. Pass me a drink, somebody.
Original Story: Yes! Apparently, Naughty Dog are already hard at work on yet another sequel for the highly acclaimed game.

You know the game that many hail as the best first person shooter on the market? Right, I’m talking about Killzone 2. Well, the developer has yet another sequel under construction, one they promise will outstrip its predecessor in every sense of the word.
Video proof that Guerrilla Games are not simply spewing hot air past the break.

Yesterday, SCEA let loose the US release date for one of Sony’s most anticipated titles, and the giant’s biggest shooter: Killzone 3. It’ll be available on February 22nd in said territory with a Europe date incoming soon.
In the meantime, Guerrilla Games’ released some fresh footage of the title using the Move controller.
Quench it past the break.

inFamous 2, you’ve heard of it. Sucker Punch’s follow up to the critically acclaimed game has been building momentum ever since it was unveiled. You’ve seen the developer change Cole from new to old and finally to somewhere in between.
But I can guarantee that you’ve never seen the game look so darn good. The screens past the break? Yeah, they aren’t messing around.

At PAX, Sucker Punch Unleashed some awesome gameplay footage of inFamous 2. Footage that leaves me speechless.
It’s already a must buy.

Get your guns ready, because coming early next year, another fight between humanity and the Helghast will once more take center stage. Killzone 3 has been dated for the US.

Kevin Butler has once again proven to the world why he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to Sony’s advertising department.
I’m serious. Below the break, the best motion control trailer ever released.

Crysis who? Find out why you’ll pre-order Killzone 3 instead of buying food to eat past the break.

At the Tokyo Game Show, Sony’s presence will be felt. It’ll be felt so strong that I’m sure gamers the world over will faint in awe.
The Last Guardian, however, might not be there. I can see excited faces dropping like old men ready to die. What!?

After it was made known that Heavy Rain had sold over 1.5 million copies just a few months after being released, Quantic Dream boss, David Cage had become more of an important voice in the gaming industry. Not that he wasn’t already, but when you’ve created a new IP that has created a new genre of games, one that many thought would fail but yet managed to garner widespread critical success and blow away all expectations at retail, people start to listen more intently to what you’re saying.
Cage was speaking recently about the advent of motion gaming, and what he thinks about the incessant drive in that direction by the companies. To him, it’s not a bad thing, but if content is not created to keep the right people interested, it’ll eventually fall apart.
For him, “content is key to everything.”

Some argued against the need for a LittleBigPlanet sequel, contending it’d make no sense since the first allows users to create their own. Media Molecule, the title’s developer didn’t care too much about the naysayers because they knew that there was much more Sackboy could offer; although at first, someone amongst them thought the idea of a sequel would be “counterproductive”.
New adventures, new tools and exciting new weapons all equating to yet another Sackboy adventure that’s sure to get fans of the first jumping and skipping, leaping for joy.

PlayStation Plus content has been announced, and by the look of things, it would seem PS Plus members are in for a treat.

There’s a time for everything underneath the sun, says the bible, and it’s right. Today, the embargo for PlayStation Move reviews has been lifted. Come see why you should probably buy the thing.
The full review roundup is past the break.

Qriocity, Sony’s spanking new cloud-streaming music service for the PlayStation Network has been announced.
