Konami Shows Off Its GamesCom Lineup, Metal Gear, Silent Hill, All Present

E3 was something this year, but keep your eyes on Europe, Cologne Germany to be precised, as the gaming world will set its focus on that part of the world’s own E3 – GamesCom. Konami’s gone live with its lineup less than a month after E3, and as they did at E3, they’re about to get the ball rolling.

The publisher’s announced its lineup for the show, including Metal Gear Solid 3D: Snake Eater, Silent Hill: Downpour and Pro Evolution Soccer 2012.

“Gamescom is a success story,” said Konami Europe chief Martin Schneider in a machine-translated press release.

“We are proud to actively participate in the same contributing to the show involves a unique experience for the public, trade and media.”

This is also the initial lineup from the firm, and as the date comes closer, more will be told. We hope a new Metal Gear Solid story will be told there as well.

Stay tuned.
