Media Molecule Working On New IP Apart From Tearaway

Media Molecule Working On New IP Apart From Tearaway

Tearaway was recently announced for PS Vita at GamesCom, a game being developed by LittleBigPlanet creators Media Molecule. But the studio isn’t limiting itself to just Tearaway, as made known by co-founder Mark Healy, another Team is hard at work on something else that’s also new.

“We’re working on a second project right now, and that’s very much in an R&D phase,” Healy told Eurogamer.

“The focus is Tearaway, but Media Molecule is a lot more than 15 people,” MM co-founder Alex Evans.

I’m certainly not sure about this, but I have a feeling the unannounced title is being forged for PS4. Just my feeling.

Thanks, Videogamer.

I really love the idea of tearaway, I just hope it’s not going to be priced to high like that frickin money stealer COD BO2 Declassified. Also if they make stuff for the PS4, the unannounced game, I’m just imagining how much power they have to make great and unique games.

    i certainly hope so!
i was so excited when MM said they were hanging up the LBP boots after 2 released, that they wanted to try something different.
than they go and dive into this!
    WTF!?
    this is “different” to LBP?
i mean yea it has a different name, but besides that its exactly the same!
i wish they would try something different, something new!
there such a imaginative team id love to see there take on something thats not a 2D platformer!

Yeah, I’m looking forward to their next effort. A PS4 effort, I hope!
