I’m not sure where this came from, as to whether the PS3 version of Assassin’s Creed II suffered with problems while the 360′s flourished, but the game’s level design content director Phillipe Bergeron has told IGN that in their upcoming effort, AC: Brotherhood to be released next month, both versions will be identical.
