Is This Proof That Dead Space 3 Is In Development?

Everyones favourite Israeli news show “The Headlines” may have just let slip of the existence of Dead Space 3. Nothing has been confirmed yet but this video footage is looking rather legitimate.

The video was spotted by an IGN user and seems to show the existence of a new instalment in EA’s popular horror franchise. The video is a staff tour in EA’s Redwood Shores office in California talking about the evolution of video games. The eagle eyed viewer will notice a quick glimpse of a Dead Space 3 logo and possible concept art wall. When questioned EA stated “We don’t have any news about the Dead Space franchise at this time.”

i dont know but if EA, could use the frostbite2 engine for dead space, that would be sick. but i doubt it since, its made around a FPS game

It might still be possible. Frosbite 2 is very capable. Btw, are you getting BF3, Ghost?

It’s being lead on PS3, but I think it’ll be equally as good on 360.

no its being lead on PC both console versions are ports though they should be the same.
as for the trailer i saw this yesterday and it kept skipping and repeating for some reason.
looks a product of premier to me.
plus, so soon to viscerals AU closure?
a little too coincidental no?

Nah, I think they said the lead console is PS3. PC is being built for PC alone.

no its not they said ages ago the lead was PC.
nice to see ps3 will be getting exclusive early DLC though for a change.
im starting to wonder if its worth downloading the beta or not.
im interested in playing it but its the same map and mode as they had in the alpha and i dont want to waste 3 GBs of my download usage playing what i already have.
