Gears Of War – Is It Worth It?

Gears Of War 3 released yesterday and with a metascore of 91/100 and looks to go down as an instant classic. But Gears Of War is the end of trilogy and will be best when played with an understanding of the events that lead up to this dramatic and emotional climax. To do so you will have to play the previous instalments of the Xbox 360 exclusive franchise but is the first Gears Of War still worth buying today? See if it is worth picking up cheap in this weeks episode of “Is It Worth It”.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Gears of War. The third one is so good. The single player is ok, but the mp is way better. I still play gears one every once and a while.

    dunno why but i HATED gears!
    played the first and loved it so much i went to play the original, got through it hated it and went straight back to its sequel.
