We’ve heard many rumors concerning Nintendo’s new console to be unveiled at E3, codenamed Project Cafe. Rumors claiming that the game’s controller will come ready with a screen embedded in it, and now there’s talk of that same controller will feature a camera.
That’s according to Develop citing an “insider”, claiming that the new console will ship with a controller that features a front-facing camera, just like the DSi and 3DS.
Apparently, the camera would “be used for in-game images”; which I’m guessing would allow for snapping images and seeing them in the game etc.
Sounds interesting, but that system’s getting more expensive every time we hear about it.
More through Develop.
