Sony held an E3 Sneak Peek event in L.A. this week, and Naughty Dog was on hand to divulge some multiplayer details of upcoming Uncharted 3. The major news in the midst of the noise, however, is that in the game’s mp, sprinting is now a go.
The info was found on Naughty Dog’s forums, who found it on G4TV. The site then pulled the thread citing a publishing error.
But there’s more than just sprint ability in the new game’s multiplayer. “Booster” is now included, a feature made popular by the Call of Duty franchise. There’s also a new medal system which allows players to spend medals on onetime purchase items. One shown was a grenade that fragments into three others when thrown, causing massive damage.
There were two multiplayer maps to play, however more details will be unveiled on Monday, the day the embargo lifts.
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will release on November 1st exclusively for PS3.

please,please,please, dont remove the co-op!
best part of resistance 2 was its 8 player co-op, so the first thing insomniac did was remove it!
hope the cover system still stays too, only game from memory that has a MP cover system, so its always good to be different.
especially keep the treasure hunting mode, that was sooooooooo much fun!
i hope they give us a beta and a sp demo.
just because a game has a beta does not mean it should not have a demo.
hope infamous 2 gets a demo, the original had the best demo ever released so im really hoping they give us another!
Seems like Uncharted 3 might really become the go-to mp ps3 title…. But Battlefield 3….
i still cant see why 2 did not catch on!
had the best MP ive ever played!
well after resistance 2 but just.
