as far as i know if you downloaded the theme you get in.
im pretty sure there doing it the same way they did the mod nation racers beta, the first X amount of people to download it got in and once the limit was met it went off the PSN store.
same with the KZ3 theme, i downloaded it at 20 past 6 than checked a hour later and it was gone.
so i assume if you downloaded the theme you will get in.
