The game that’s been the recipient of critical praise across the boards has now become one of the fastest selling titles of 2010.
EA just announced that Mass Effect 2 has sold over 2 million copies during launch week.
The game landed this past Tuesday here in the US, today in Europe and already retailers are struggling to keep it on store shelves.
“Mass Effect 2 is poised to be one of the biggest games of 2010,” this from Bioware boss Ray Muyzka. “We could not be more proud of the game’s universal acclaim and early commercial success.”

Congrats to EA! The game looks amazing. It will be the one of the major contenders for Game of the Year for sure.
ME2 is awesome and it deserves all the sales it recieves and EA did a heck of a job with it and advertised it like crazy(seriously I saw a ME2 ad every 10 mins last three weeks). This game is going to be a candidate and a winner on many gaming awards and they deserve it.
