New games from Relic, Vigil, Turtle Rock and Assassin’s Creed creator Unearthed

As part of its chapter 11 filing, THQ made known the sales numbers of its franchises latest releases, and unannounced games being forged by its partners and developers. The publisher has been quite busy, it seems, with titles underway from Relic Games, Vigil Games, Turtle Rock and the creator of Assassin’s Creed.

Turtle Rock Studios, the original Left 4 Dead developer, is making Evolve, a trademark for which THQ filed in February. This is a multiplayer-focused shooter powered by CryEngine 3.

THQ Montreal, headed up by former Assassin’s Creed chief Patrice Désilets, is making 1666. Some guess it’s V for Vendetta meets Assassin’s Creed. 31 per cent of its development budget will be spent in the fiscal year ending 31st March 2015, a sign it won’t be released anytime soon.

Lastly Company of Heroes maker Relic Entertainment is making a game codenamed Atlas due out in calendar year 2014.

Saints Row 4, a title we already know is under development at Volition, will hit store shelves and digital mediums late next year.

THQ also produced sales projections for its titles found immediately below in screenshot form:

wow, they really dont have high expectations for last light do they?
the game should easily sell more than that, especially now the developers have a name for themselves, its on the ps3 as well, and PC gamers will be looking out for it because metro 2033 is still to this day one of the best looking games!
shame to see whats happened to THQ, you put out nothing but awesome games (well besides that WWE crap, its WWE what do you expect?) and this is how your thanked!
sad, just goes to show how unfair this industry is!
copy and paste your whole life and copy everyone else and your the richest publisher in the industry!
try to create something different and new, or try to look to something overdone and saturated and put your spin on it, and you go bankrupt!
    sigh.
no justice in this industry, none what so ever!!!!!
