Ubisoft has inadvertently confirmed that indeed, PS4 and Xbox 720 will be unveiled and launched next year, as its made known that Watch Dogs, a game being built primarily for next generation consoles, will see a launch next year.
“Watch Dogs will be coming next year,” Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot told investors, in reference to the AAA titles Ubisoft has scheduled for 2013.
As for development cost of next-gen games, Guillemot said he did not know for sure because said games were being developed alongside their current-gen counterparts, on PS3 and Xbox 360.
“For the first two years [of next gen development], because we are making our games on next gen and old gen at the same time, we expect the overall [development] costs will not increase,” he said. “We don’t know about the third year, when we will take full advantage of the capacity of the consoles.”
It was confirmed at E3 2012 that the game would indeed see a 2013 launch, however Ubisoft didn’t specifically name platforms.
so cant wait to see what watchdogs finally turns out like it looks so freaking awesome!
i hope they put in the parkour system from assassins creed, in a modern setting like watchdogs that could be so much fun!
and of course we can FINALLY stop wasting michels time and get him working on beyond good and evil 2!

If they make this for the PS4 I would suppose the game would be even more graphically better and more fluid. AWESOME!
