Take-Two CEO: GTA V Will “Blow Everyone Away”

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has said that gamers won’t want to miss GTA V once it’s released in September, because the title will “blow everyone away”. He also gave some next-gen hints, but stopped short of declaring a few things, because, according to him, “we really can’t talk about next-gen, because we’re not the ones who can talk about it first”.

On Grand Theft Auto 5, he said:

There is not one gamer who is going to sit out of GTA V hoping that something that is going to come along down the road that’s better. It’s going to blow everyone away, and it’s going to be in the market in September.

Excited yet? GTA V releases September 17th on PS3, and Xbox 360. Killzone Mercenary is supposed to be released on the same day. Guerrilla Games, it seems, it up to the challenge. “Come at me bro,” the developer tweeted to Rockstar.

i believe it. though alot of people are saying its gonna be like GTA IV all over again. they claim its gonna be boring and uninspired. i used to be one of those people, then early last year i actually tried to play through it again, because i never finished it. but its really great game. i don’t know maybe the only logical reason i couldn’t have not liked GTA IV at the time was because i was younger and i expected it to have the wackiness and the over the top missions that san andrea’s had. but now that i’m older i learned to appreciate the game way more than then what i used to. so i fully expect GTA V to be a great game.

all im saying is it better be with the amount of delays and time its taken to finally get a release date! Im sure it will be though, just finished Mafia 2 the other day, i have to say was very pleasantly surpirsed, excellent storyline and gave me a great feel of the “GTA type game” with sleeping dogs out on ps today too by the time september comes round ill be chomping at the bit to play this!

yea, yea, been there done that.
i doubt it will be out this year, but if watch dogs is not better than this ill be seriously shocked and disappointed!
2K do make some pretty good games, but they seriously gotta take their head out of their a$$ and stop acting like their jesus!
