Arkane Studios obviously has a hit on its hand with Dishonored, because after skimming through a few reviews, I couldn’t help but come away with the feeling that it’s an experience every serious gamer should have this month. It’s out tomorrow and Friday in the U.S. and Europe respectively. Check out the review scores inside.

why oh why is this using GFWL!?
for crying out loud why are devs STILL persisting with that ancient pain in the royal ass!
talk about making a modern piece of supercar engineering brilliance, than ruining it by putting it on wooden wheels!
sigh, guess ill be canceling my preorder and moving it over to ps3.

So far, I am pretty disappointed with Dishonored. The visuals are not as crisp as they look in screenshots. The Unreal engine is showing its age. They said that going through the game as an action FPS type game is just as fun and rewarding as going through stealth only. However, the player is rewarded for stealth only. The trophys are only there to reward stealth gameplay, which is a drawback for me because I dont always want to sneak. The AI is either remedial or hyper intelligent, no comfy medium. Gonna give it a few more hours and if it doesnt get better, I just wasted $30 cuz its going back to gamestop.
