Journey, the highly anticipated game from the creators of FlOw and Flower will be released on March 13th in the U.S. and the 14th in Europe.
The PSN exclusive will cost $14.99, according ThatGameCompany co-founder Jenova Chen, writing in a post on the US PS Blog.
“With each game we create, we want to bring something truly unique and authentic to the user. We want our players to experience something they have never felt before,” Chen said.
“Our first game for PSN was flOw in 2007, a meditative zen video game haiku. We followed that in 2009 with Flower, our video game version of a poem about the tension between urban bustle and natural serenity. Journey, our third game, is an interactive parable, an anonymous online adventure to experience a person’s life passage and their intersections with others.”
There are some things you simply know will be good because of the people and compaby behind them. Like a Toyota – you know the thing will perform. So too, is ThatGameCompany’s Journey, because we’ve never seen a failure from the developer, and we’re quite sure this one won’t be.
Keep Journey on your radar.

been waiting for this for so long, and they release it a week after ME3 comes out.
sigh.
and the week im away for the F1.
double sigh.
oh well, just dont come bitching to us if the game does not sell well!
i wish $ony would adopt M$s summer of arcade strategy.
we never get games between june and july, so M$ releases most of their XBLA games then.
PSN games would sell so much better if they did the same!
so so so many PSN games i wanna download, joe danger and shatter to name 2 but refuse to because i dont have enough time to play what i have.
if those were released in the drought months i would of finished them by now!
Yeah, I’m getting Journey. ThatGameCompany is such a unique group.
