EA’s announced that it’s COD Elite-like effort dubbed Battlefield 3 Premium has racked up 800,000 subscribers in just under two weeks.
“We are very pleased with the performance so far,” EA exec Patrick Soderlund told USA Today.
BF3 Premium offers early access to all the game’s DLC amongst other benefits, for the asking price of £39.99/€49.99 and US$49.99.
EA isn’t sure about the service’s success just yet however, therefore it’ll wait for more results before moving forward.
“We’re actually only two weeks into it, so it’s a little early to tell how this is going to pay off. It certainly it looks very promising right now,” replied Soderlund.
