Uncharted is PS3′s biggest exclusive, let’s be clear, and the game once more showed its prowess by becoming the console’s most played beta ever, enticing over 1.5 million players in just a few days. Get the stats below the break.
About 1.53 million players participated in the multiplayer beta. There were 362 total years of match time, 48 billion shots were fired, and there were 1.9 million kills. That’s about 1,200 kills per player, so obviously gamers spent a lot of their time in this one.
Some fans have been complaining about the tweaks, though, but overall, it seems Naughty Dog’s managed to satisfy us all. Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception comes out on November 1st exclusively for PS3.
U know in all honesty, at first I was really upset about how much they changed in the multiplayer component in this beta. Being that I played Uncharted 2 religiously since it came out for months. But as I got to playing it more & more, I grew to really like the changes naughty dog made. I honestly can not wait till this game comes out. There is a few gripes I have like, 1) they need to speed up the regular walking speed & sprinting speed. 2) they need to tone down some of the power plays, some of the seem unfair sometimes, like your team can be up 10 kills and all of a suddenthe match is changed. I’ve never really been into giving the losing team a helping hand (if you suck then you suck). 3) they should put like a turret gun on one the truck on the beginning of the airstrip level, the team inside the plane usually haves the advantage most times. 4) they definently need to do something with those two huge towers on the yemen level, it turns into a camping fest if people get on those towers. Those are my only gripes, nothing really big but I believe it’ll make the game much better
Man those are some really good points! I like the one about the airstrip level… Folk inside always for the upper hand. And Yemen camping towers are true. Very good points there. Hopefully they listen.

I didn’t really get to play it as much as I wanted to but I did enjoy it. There’s a lot of improvements that needs to be made though, the Final version should be great. This I will preorder.
