Yesterday Guerrilla Games announced that all gamers would see their points triple when playing any multiplayer mode in Killzone 3, a move made to celebrate the release of the title’s ‘From Ashes’ DLC pack. And while most gamers will be satisfied with the bonus, there are some who’ll be getting even more points… Five times the amount.
That’s according to the developer, responding to a fan’s query on Twitter. When asked can the triple XP weekend points be “combined with the 24hr double XP code supplied in the Collector’s Edition”, GG replied with a simple: “Yes, that should work.”
And there you have it. If you’re only now buying the Collectors Edition of the game, you’re in for a quintuple xp weekend.
