Last week Guerrilla Games released Killzone 3 patch 1.06 that was supposed to fix many an issue plaguing some gamers, and according to them, it did. But some problems still persists. Problems like scores not being processed correctly, which Guerrilla said was caused by another bug that patch 1.06 missed.
Now, the developer’s saying that it’s find “something in the back end that (if all conditions were met) did not process scores properly for Guerrilla Warfare matches”, and are planning on taking down the game’s servers “early” next week, with all regions being simultaneously affected.
“We are planning a server side fix (not a patch) that we know will fix this problem. But this still requires testing before we roll it out,” said Guerrilla Games on the KZ3 forums.
“We hope to do this early next week. This is server side only, which means no patch, and all regions will be affected at the same time. But there will be some server downtime. As soon as we know a date and time we will let you know.
Also, if we find more problems, we will inform you as soon as possible.”
It’s good to see Guerrilla Games doing all it can to make sure fans are happy, even if it means a little down time.

KZ3s such a good MP game, its a shame allot of people cant enjoy it because of persistent problems!

theve completley changed the TOCs, so of course its because of the hacks!
i wont be accepting, in the new TOCs it says you have to have your CC info on there, for “future payments”

GG announced they’ll be doing the server side fix on Monday, 3/28, at 11am GMT. The fix will supposedly address the score processing problem for GW games, as well as players getting stuck.
