Sony’s confirmed that come February 9th, PlayStation 3 owners will get a chance to try out Killzone 3′s single player mode in a demo, before the game goes on sale on the 22nd of the same month.
PS Plus members, however, will get in on the fun first, with the rest of the throng getting the demo on the 16th of February.
The demo is taken from the level “Icy Incursion”, and will support both 2D and 3D, with separate downloads for both options. It’ll also support PS Move.

I really like this stage, though. I hope it remains that interactive in multiplayer. Being able to shoot a plant an watch it unleash hell on the enemy is clever.
