Some new E3 2012 God of War: Ascension screenshots have landed on gaming’s web, along with details of the game’s collectors edition.
According to Sony, GOW: Ascension’s collectors edition will come ready with a steel book case, a Kratos statue, the official, digital game soundtrack , a PS3 dynamic theme and PSN avatar pack, with double XP points for multiplayer, and a DLC pass to unlock all future DLC releases for free. The firm also made known the pre-order incentives for both the standard and collector’s edition, which will include the Mythological Heroes Multiplayer DLC Pack. The collector’s edition will run $79.99, while the standard edition is $59.99. It’ll release March 12th exclusively on PS3.
yep im pre-ordering the collector’s edition. 20 more bucks is actually a good price point and what they detailed is pretty good too. better that the GOW3 Collector’s Edition which was lackluster as hell

hope this is not true but apparently in a interview today the game director commented on the games length being shorter than the campaign because of the MP.
than they wonder why people get pissed when they hear a SP only game is getting MP!
