Naughty Dog is promoting Crystal Dynamic’s new game free of charge, telling its Facebook fans that if they appreciated the Uncharted series, Tomb Raider is a game they should be looking forward to.
The endorsement came after Square-Enix released the game’s E3 2012 trailer dubbed “Crossroads”, showing Lara Croft in similar situations you’d find in any of the three Uncharted games. In the trailer, Lara is initially tossed to and fro by jungle and tomb elements, while later being captured and tortured. The latter portion of the trailer sees the Tomb Raider learning the ways of the jungle and finding what’s been embedded in her through genes: her fight.
It’s one epic showing, to be honest, the best we’ve seen of any E3 2012 trailer released thus far, hence the endorsement from Naughty Dog.
