Kevin Butler Settles With Sony, Won’t Appear In Other Game Ads For 2 Years

Do you remember last year’s lawsuit, when Kevin Butler, whose real name is Jerry Lambert, appeared in an ad for Bridgestone where he was seen playing a competitor’s product, the Nintendo Wii? Well, the man has buckled under fire from Sony, and has agreed not to appear in any videogame ads for the next two years.

A reasonable punishment for his stupidity, wouldn’t you say? How can you be the face of PlayStation for years, appearing in ads around the world and suddenly, boom, you’re doing an ad for Nintendo, promoting the Wii.

Blasphemy.

but hey thats $ony for ya, they see a chance to make some $$$$$ and there on you like a swarm of flies on rotting meat!
