Black Ops II Weapons Double XP Starts On May 17th For PC Uprising DLC Arrival

As Black Ops II Uprising DLC hits PC on May 17th, so will a new double xp event, this one however won’t be the usual, as the extra points will go towards your weapons of choice. The developer is sending live the event to celebrate Uprising DLC’s arrival on PC.

“Don’t even think about resting those thumbs, because Double Weapon XP weekend is coming this Friday, May 17, starting at 10am/PDT and running though Monday, May 20 at 10am/PDT,” wrote Treyarch on the MOTD.

Treyarch also revealed that it’s been working on a patch for the PC version of the game, one we’re assuming will come just in time for Uprising’s debut on the platform.
