A lot’s been going on recently. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will see timed exclusive come to Xbox 360 first, thanks to a deal signed between MS and Bethesda (Microsoft must be paying them really well). EA’s trying to screw gamers with Battlefield 3 by forcing them to accept ludicrous terms and conditions of its online service, Origin, because the publisher knows gamers want to the play game. GameStop decided to remove all Onlive vouchers found in PC versions of Deus Ex: Human Revolution because, according to the retailer, Onlive is its competition, and that’s simply not how they conduct business. Steamworks will soon be integrated fully into PSN? Man, there’s a lot happening – plus Hurricane Irene’s bearing down on the East Coast. Lord have mercy.
It’s the weekend, friends, what’s your forecast?
I have an early breakfast meeting tomorrow with a friend, and I’ll be out all day when that’s down. Gaming-wise, I’ll be in Killzone 3′s MP, as I believe it’s the best multiplayer shooter in the entire universe. Catch me there – Maestro-GTUnit.
Other than that I’ll probably take an outing with my queen come Sunday evening after church, maybe taking a long drive or something. That’s it!
I know Hurricane Irene is tearing up the East Coast at the moment, so we’re praying for you, ExclusivesMostly. Let’s pray the damage isn’t too extensive, and recovery will be speedy.
Have a great one, folks!
