Microsoft and Bethesda have announced an exclusive deal that will see The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim first batch of DLC come to Xbox 360 before any other platform.
The first two loads of DLC will land on Xbox 360 within 30 days of release, and thereafter it’ll be released on PC and PS3. The content of said DLC hasn’t been divulged, but the game itself goes on sale worldwide on November 11th.
We’ll keep you posted.

LOL!!! Microsoft sure knows how to waste money. Making content exclusive for a short amount of time is a total waste of money because your competitors eventually get the DLC. This does not make your console as relevant as exclusive games do. Microsoft needs to take the money they spend on deals like this and give it to their first party studios to work on Exclusive titles for the Xbox 360….and not that Kinect crap your trying to ramp down everyone’s throat. REAL GAMES.
Couldn’t agree more with you, bro. Good points!
sigh.
if M$ spent half as much money and time on exclusives as they do to timed DLC crap they would be selling far better then they are!
I think that it has worked for MS with COD. As the consoles get older and cheaper more and more people own more than one. If they know they are getting COD anyway something like early DLC could be the difference maker.
yea, but not as much of a difference maker then a exclusive.
they would be much better off pooling all this money together and buying one or 2 first party studios!
Yes they would. It’s weird a company as rich is MS isn’t pursuing exclusives~
