Newly hired Respawn Entertainment concept artist, Iain McCaig, has confirmed that the studio’s first game, which is said to be a sci-fi title, won’t see the light of day until the year 2015.
That’s what he said at Develop, adding he’s having “fun” at the newly founded studio.
“Thanks to the internet, you can take things and use them as you want, no matter what the law says about it. I think this means there will be a whole new way of using and sharing things,” McCaig said.
“I’m having the most fun working with Respawn Entertainment right now, and I hate that I can’t show you guys what I’m doing there until 2015.”
This after the studio recently released a rather blurry image of its latest game under development at the launch of its website.
Respawn Entertainment was founded by ex-Infinity Ward bosses Vince Zampella and Jason West.
so its safe to say will never see it.
