GameInformer’s gone bold with the first screen of newly-announced Bethesda-published and Arkhane-developed, Dishonored. There’s also the first ever screenshot of the game below the break.
You’re the main protagonist named Corvo, and you’ll play as a “legendary” bodyguard to the Empress who’s been wrongly throne into prison for her murder by the “corrupt” Lord Regent.
You’ll also possess supernatural powers apart from being extremely skilled at staying hidden. The game’s major elements include mobility, powers & gadgets, environment, and AI which will all tie together and create “interesting effects”.
According to GameInfomer, one of said ‘interesting effects” is being able to “stop time and knock a bunch of stuff off a table in one direction then book it in another, so the guards search for you in the wrong place.”
The game goes on sale in 2012 for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
