The wars between electronics giants never cease, and never cease to amaze me. The latest is between LG and Sony, with the former accusing the latter of Blu-ray infringements, filing a complaint with the US International Trade Commission, requesting that the “importation and marketing of Sony’s PlayStation 3 to the United States” be banned.
On a scale of 1 to 10, what’s the likelihood of this ever happening, you ask? Zero.
LG specifically made reference to the PlayStation 3, but other Blu-ray devices were also called out in the complaint as well. LG didn’t stop there, however, the firm went after Sony’s Bravia brand, too, claiming patent infringements there also.
But don’t you worry, the world stands a chance of flooding like it did in Noah’s day before this happens.

will be interesting to see what happens with this, will probably be settled out of court like they normally do.
this happens all of the time. All of these patents from companies get infringed, and they will settle in the end. LG is just mad when sony sued them for infringing on their patents, and MS when through the same thing last year, and so on. It happens every day.
