Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow’s A “Small Game From A Small Studio” Reckons Cox

We Thought by now Castlevania: LOS producer David Cox would have kept personal his feelings about some of the game’s reviews circulating the web, but apparently that’s not the case.

After ranting tirelessly about IGN’s review, asking gamers to disregard it, he still can be found on twitter declaring the title as a “small game from a small studio” and whose review he “likes the most” and why.

“My fave review is from PSM3 because someone actually realised this is not a big budget extravaganza but a small game from a small studio :),” he said via twitter.

Let it rest, Cox, we’re already enjoying the game.

A small game? Really?Um why did you need 2 disks for the 360?Why is it described as a 20hr game?
Don’t get me wrong I am going to purchase this game, to me it seems great but this guy really needs to calm down now.

Man, all he’s doing is hurting sales! I really don’t understand what’s all this is about. He seems really hurt that every site on the web didn’t give it a 10.

    Wow Cox, Calm down.

Maybe he’s in the wrong business, he’s way too sensitive.

Agreed. He’s attitude’s unheard of around here… I didn’t hear Quantum Theory devs complaining about their game’s reviews — even if to them it’s a great game…. Same with Square-Enix, I didn’t hear them crying their hearts off when FFXIII got some really low reviews from some outlets…
