Wii U Sales Up 169 Percent Upon Release Of Pikmin 3

In Japan, Wii U sales are up from 8,251 units to 22,199 units upon the release of Pikmin 3, which sold 92,720 units upon launch, new Media Create figures have revealed.

3DS remained king however, selling  43,435 units. Also new on the charts was New Super Luigi U, which moved 24,881 copies.
