Jimmy Fallon Plays Knack On PS4, Highlights Console As Machine That Plays Used Games

As part of Videogames Week, Jimmy Fallon hosted PS4 architect Mark Cerny who brought the game he’s directing, Knack, to the show. Pretty nice tidbits were divulged but what was interesting about the moment was when Jimmy Fallon highlighted the PS4 as console that does not require an internet connection to play games, and as the machine that won’t block used games from playing.

Although what Jimmy Fallon said isn’t entirely true, (Xbox One only allows a person to loan or gift their games once, and will have some sort of trading partnership with “participating” retailers) what really matters is that the conversation on national television last night was that Xbox One is anti-consumer, and Microsoft must be worried.
