Thirsty Conversations: Did You Buy Battlefield 3 Premium?

Thirsty Conversations: Did You Buy Battlefield 3 Premium?

Simple question today from our TC theater. Since Battlefield 3 Premium became available on all platforms recently, I thought it’d be a good topic of discussion to ask if you were among those who dished out $50 for the service.

I’ve been playing a bit and have seen many gamers with the tag “Premium Player” whenever I’m taken down. I haven’t purchased BF3 Premium because I’m not sure of its value, and I’m also not sure I’ll be playing it that much once Medal Of Honor: Warfighter and Black Ops 2 are released.

So, did you buy it? If so, is it any good? And what about the new maps, are they something special?

Let’s talk. Do it here: The Official Games Thirst Pentagon.

It’s only worth it if you’re going to stick with it until the End, i got the Premium 3 days ago & so far it sure is fun, the Close Quarters Maps are Simply amazing.

It’s faced paced action filled with Chaos, you have to be on you guard at all time, and i love the new Conquest Domination mode, i have always despised of the original Conquest mode, but this New Conquest Domination mode is just amazing.

I’d say get the Close Quarter Map Pack when it comes out (It’s Amazing), and forget about the Premium.

I also plan to move on from it, when MOH & Black Op 2 comes out, but i got the Premium for my brother, BF3 is the only game he plays, and he’s a beast at it.

I have not had a great deal of time to play, but I bought it and it is fast paced awesomeness. The new maps are sweet and the play is almost always chaos. Playing the gun challenge, or whatever it is called, is way more fun than the Black Ops gun game, albeit somewhat of a BO ripoff. I think it was well worth it, now I wish DICE would give us an option for their servers instead of tossing us into randomness and Searching sucks. I actually got kicked, by the admin, for the first time ever and I was stomping ass. Pissed me right off.
Oh well, way worth it, to me.

@Linglingjr: Sorry to hear that, man.

@Mezzo: Thanks, bro. I’ll take your advice. I’ll just buy CQC.

@ Patrick: I’m glad you’re enjoying it, man. But with Black Ops 2 and MOH: Warfighter incoming, I think I’ll save my cash for those epics.

I got it, and I do not regret it, as I plan on playing it until the end, just like I did with any other battlefield game. Sure I’ll get the new COD and MoH, but Battlefield is my game of choice.
I plan on playing all the map packs, so the Premium was actually of great value for me.

@Wolf: Totally understandable, man. Happy you’re enjoying it. So the consensus thus far is that it’s good.

    So far, so good.
