Sony’s announced at CES that starting from next week, new content will be released for Gran Turismo 5. Details inside.
The first batch of content is dubbed Car Pack 3, which comes ready with six new cars: The Lamborghini Aventador, Jaguar XJR6, Aston Martin V12 Vantage 2011, VW 1200 1966, Mini Countryman S 2011 and the hybrid Nissan Leaf. Sony gave no pricing but it’s expected to cost about $5.99.
The next offering is called Speed Test Pack, and like its name suggests, if you have the need for speed, you’ll want to get this one. In it, there’s a special new oval track that comes with a performance measurement mode, allowing you to measure statistics and see how well each ride performs under pressure – it’ll cost about the same as the Car Pack 3.
The packs will be released on January 18th along with an update for the game, version 2.03.

So the day after GT5 XL, I assume that GT5 XL will have this new dlc on the disk.
GT5 is underrated. I still believe it’s better than what some of the reviews claimed.
Just read that this new DLC won’t be included in GT5 XL, whats the deal with that? I live in the England and GT5 XL isn’t even coming out over hear, what’s the deal with that?
