Battlefield 3 Beta Graphics Comparison – Xbox 360 / Playstation 3

I have spent my time in the battlefield 3 Beta standing at the back of the map and turning slowly. Why? To get some nice pans of the map in order to be able to compare the graphics between the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions of the beta. We all know that PC is the winner by default but lets see who will come in second.

It does. I also found a lot more glitches on my short time playing on PS3.

I hope these are all just beta issues.

Well from this video…many textures do look better on the Xbox version.

funny, DICE are claiming it looks better on the ps3.
well either there looking at a newer version, or they need glasses!
just the grass details alone look way better on the 360 version!
PCs blown me out of the water it looks freaking AMAZING!
ps3 version though, well crysis 2 makes this look like a freaking ps2 game!

It doesn’t even look all that. So much for Frostbite 2′s prowess.

on PC it looks amazing, but i cant play the bloody thing!
so poorly optimized im only getting max 50% GPU usage and because of that i cant get above 20FPS!
even if i turn the settings down i still cant get above 20FPS!

@Joseph If I remember correctly, the PS3 has many refinement settings to improve visuals in games. Maybe you can try tweaking those settings to see if it helps. If you get any improvement, please share.
