Another weekend is upon us, friends. Just like that, before you can say hello, the week says goodbye. Kinda like Nintendo; the company releases the revolutionary Wii, and before we could even buy the console, they’re already prepping another. “Project Cafe” it’s dubbed, and rumors have it Nintendo’s about to upset PS3 and Xbox 360 by building a machine with more juice in its engine.
The new machine’s controller allows players to stream entire games to it from the console, with sources saying it’s like a miniature television. The controller’s screen is also six inches in size.
Think about it for a sec: Nintendo’s releasing a console with with a thriving online network, great exclusives, and massive power under its hood? “Color me impressed”, said ExclusivesMostly. A song I’m chanting too. Blu-ray and all, folks. All I can say is bring it on.
It’s the weekend, boys and girls, what’s the do?
I have an early meeting tomorrow, and later in the day I’ll hopefully join a committee as we prepare for our annual easter camp at my local church. It’s usually awesome fun. I’m going to the movies later that night to watch anything (any ideas?). That’s my Saturday.
On the gaming front it’s been a disaster for me as I still can’t access my PSN account, or any of Sony US sites. Makes no sense to me either. So I’ll be offline until the issue, whatever it is, gets resolved. I’ll do some more troubleshooting over the weekend, and Assassin’s Creed II’s on my list.
Sunday morning it’s Church, and later family and friends get together.
Next weekend I’ll have a special weekend quencher for you guys, as I plan to finally unveil something I’ve been working tirelessly on. Stay tuned.
Now tell me about your weekend.

@Nick: Let the bad work out for good. Get some more work done. It’s time you start developing that game.
@Trav: I wonder what’s going on. Are people quitting KZ3′s mp already?
I’ll be moving into my new apt this weekend: same area, just a nicer apt. I’m very excited but it’ll be a lot of work. Speaking of which, I should probably start packing now…….
Awesome stuff. It’s great how things are working out, bro. Just make sure you pack that PS3 with care……And I’m sure you’ve already adjusted to NYC? Keep moving up, man. Future-tense, the GT family should plan a meetup…..So no gaming this weekend on you end, then?
I’m away for the weekend celebrating my dads birthday. So no gaming for me, but still having a good time.
Wish him happy birthday for us here at GT! And have a blast!
I will be working a review of a certain highly anticipated game releasing next week, and will have that review up on the 19th. other than that, I am doing nothing.
Awesome stuff. You must be in gaming Heaven now. I’ll trying to get my connection back up to speed.
@Ernice cheers, just did.
@Josh looking forward to reading it. Hope it’s worth the hype.
Happy to hear. Take a mild drink on my name. And _ mild. lol.
@Ernice: I’ll try to sneak in a few hours of gaming. I’ll probably play some KZ3 MP. I like the 2 new maps.
Awesome. I’m yet to get my PSN working again….I’ll have to call my provider once more. This is getting ridiculous. Really wanted to check out those maps. Especially Stahl’s.
I. AM. BACK. ON. PSN.
