Yep, just in time for Halloween, Rockstar will be bringing the creeps to Red Dead Redemption via the Undead Nightmare DLC. A new trailer and more past the break.

The Undead Nightmare Pack will feature four zombie classes, each of them “possessing unique characteristics, attacks, and defenses. There will be some mythical creatures roaming the frontier, alongside zombie cougars, bears, wolves and many more”.

To kill the undead, you can’t use normal, traditional methods, other ones, inhumane ones will work. The Tomahawk and the Explosive Rifleare are back, and will be available exclusively for those who downloaded the Legends and Killers Pack and the Liars and Cheats Pack.

The DLC also features “new challenges, quests, and ambient events, including Missing Persons, where the player must find a missing survivor lost amongst the throngs of undead”.

There’s also new multiplayer and free roam content included, like the Undead Overrun, a “brand new multiplayer survival mode where waves of infected attack and players must work together to stay alive against increasingly difficult odds”.

Coming soon will be Undead Nightmare, a single, stand-alone disc bundling together the Undead Nightmare Pack, the Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack, the Legends and Killers Pack, the Liars and Cheats Pack and all the Multiplayer Free Roam modes released thus far.

The content on the disc includes additional multiplayer through the new Graveyard Mode. Said mode’s one of survival where “waves of infected enemies attack” and players must work together to stay alive difficulty increases.
