What appears to be the official box art for upcoming title, Metal Gear Solid: Rising, has been posted, or rather updated on the Xbox 360 Dashboard.
Also, it no longer says “Tactical Espionage Action” like the other MGS titles, rather it’s “Lightning Bold Action”.
Serious business there.
It seems as if Kojima is going in an entirely new direction with Rising, but as long as he’s at the helm, then I won’t be afraid.
A new trailer is also planned for E3, and there’s also word that the game has seen a revamp. A french Journalist has claimed he’s seen the game up and running, but that was all he could say about it because of NDA.
He did mention however, that it looked really, really, really nice. I don’t doubt the man one bit.

yeah i really enjoyed it! it had a perfect storyline one of the best in a game ever!!!
only thing that disappointed me was its no longer a hardcore stealth game.
they opened it up so now you can play it like a action game, back in the day if a enemy saw you thats it game over start again.
i miss the old days like that, it really made the game really nail bitingly intense!!!
I guess times have changed, and devs feel the pressure to change with the times….
but why?
if i wanted a different game, i would buy a different game.
i was really disappointed with splinter cell conviction and MGS4.
i was expecting them to be hardcore stealth games like their predecessors but there not.
there action games with a hint of stealth.
