Ah, God of War III, one of the biggest titles to grace any console is getting closer and closer to your PS3, however no release date has been set thus far by Sony. But now, it seems GameStop has some details that it’s chosen to share with its customers.
 
Sony has already confirmed that Kratos will begin his ‘chaos journey’ on March 25th in Japan, but nothing solid has been set for us westerners and all we had to go by was a “March 2010″ release window. Not anymore. GameStop has made things clearer, pinning down a “March 16th” street date for the game.
 
Note, a street date is when retailers are allowed to start selling a game, and that’s something GameStop almost never breaks, furthermore, said retailer is a well trusted company with a lot of knowledge and endless contacts, obviously. My point is although we’ll never know for sure until the game’s gone gold, you can rest assured that most likely, GameStop’s correct and your “chaos journey” can also commence soon.
