Ellie Looks So Different

Two days ago Naughty Dog announced that it had altered Ellie, the young girl who accompany’s the games main protagonist throughout the game, to better represent the game’s overall mood and direction. There’s a comparison image below the break showing the difference. A vast difference.

It’s obvious why they changed the look of her, the old model looked like that girl from the movie “Juno”.

I am pretty sure that i will get used to either version. Mainly because the game looks pretty amazing from the trailers anyways.

Now i like the OLD Ellie better, it’s inFAMOUS 2 all over again. lol.

dont like it at all she looks like shes been hit in the face with a shovel!
the old one had some rounded bone structure, this one just looks like a flat piece of wood with a skin mesh over the top!
50 bucks says they had to change this because the old model was taking up too much memory and they were getting memory overflows.
ps3s really starting to show its age now!

I liked the old one better.
