An impressive feat for a small indie team.
Remember Carnivores, the franchise that pitted you against fearsome creatures from the prehistoric era or the ice age? It started in 1998, and its iterations have been well-received by the press for the most part. Well, it’s now getting the HD treatment.
Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD is coming to the Playstation Network exclusively, as a downloadable title from Vogster Online. A re-imagining of the classic dinosaur hunting simulator, the game looks gorgeous, and features Playstation Move support at the level you’d expect from a big budget title.
I spoke with a developer of Vogster, and it’s impressive how a pretty small team (hint: single digit) managed to make such a gorgeous game, which even features full Move support. I can’t say more — we got something brewing.
Look forward to more coverage of the game in the future, and in the meanwhile, enjoy the beautiful scenery in this small gallery below.
