Far Cry 3 was such a resounding success that Ubisoft’s made known that there’s no way it would leave the franchise out in the cold without a sequel for too long, essentially confirming Far Cry 4, and making known in an interview with Gamespot that more information will soon be released.
“It’s a great brand, and now it’s got the recognition it deserves, so we’re clearly going to make another one: more on that soon,” Senior vice president of marketing and sales Tony Key told the site.
And there you have it. Maybe at GamesCom? We’ll know soon enough.
