Citizens Bank is suing 38 Studios founder Curt Schilling after allegedly failing to pay the bank money he borrowed and promised to repay.
According to a report from WRPI, the lawsuit was filed last Thursday in a Boston court, the same day 38 Studios declared bankruptcy. Citizens claims Schilling “personally guaranteed a $2 million letter of credit and a $350,000 corporate credit card the bank gave 38 Studios,” which both 38 Studios and Schilling refused to pay off.
