There are 40 unassigned cases to undertake, and hidden throughout the city are expensive cars in garages. You can find them all by mastering cases that gives you experience points to gain ranks. There are also news papers spread across different locations, but they’re not for reading, but instead to get important back story details. And that’s just for starters.
