It’s been three years since development of God of War III commenced, but now, in less than 24 hours, the game millions have been impatiently awaiting arrives in the US.
Sony’s done a decent job of advertising the game, however God of War III needs little to no advertising; the fans are loyal, reviews have all been positive, the media took it upon itself to incessantly cover the game. Some were left flabbergasted after seeing footage of the final build others hadn’t seen before.
Screenshots of Gaias climbing Mount Olympus, Kratos doing damage to Hades, lush settings and the game’s epic scale had PS3, Xbox 360 and even Wii owners stumped. Yes our jaws dropped at what many hail’s as the best looking game on any console, ever.
As the release date drew closer, leaked videos went viral, the opening moments are just epic…that first fight with Poisedon is simply grand. It’s Santa Monica’s biggest effort yet and tomorrow, you get to experience it for yourself.
