The single-player DLC was revealed by an advert for the game inside the latest digital issue of Game Informer.
Freedom Cry offers a new Assassin’s Creed campaign that puts players in the role of shipmate assassin Adewale. Ubisoft claims that the DLC will offer 4+ hours of content.
Logos for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One are featured in the ad, suggesting the DLC will launch on each platform simultaneously. Nothing has been announced for Wii U or PC.
