Injustice coming to PS4, not Xbox One

Strange news.

The Ultimate Edition of Injustice: Gods Among Us has just been announced, and it’s coming to the Vita as well. It’s also coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 4. You might notice something is missing: the Xbox One.

Warner just announced the platforms that the new edition that includes all DLC will be coming to, but the company either very amateurishly omitted an Xbox One version, or it just ain’t happening. Until confirmation, pick one of two options. A Wii U version is also missing, despite the game launching there.

The PlayStation 4 version is being developed by High Voltage (previously worked on Wii’s The Conduit, a great FPS), and uses the DualShock 4′s Touchpad, video sharing and streaming, and can link to the players’ PlayStation Network Feed page during match wrap-ups and pauses. They’re also making the PC version.

The Ultimate Edition’s suggested retail price is £50/$60/€60 for PS4, PS3 and Xbox 360, and £30/$40/€40 for PC and Vita.

The DLC includes characters Lobo, Batgirl, General Zod, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna and Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion, as well as every DLC costume and S.T.A.R. Labs Missions.
