PlayStation Camera Has Both Voice And Facial Recognition

Sony’s thoroughly confirmed at TGS that the PlayStation Camera will boast both voice and facial recognition, competing with Microsoft’s Kinect on two important fronts.

During the PlayStation TGS press conference, the feature was used with PS4 launch title Knack to demonstrate how it all works.

“We will never stop evolving PlayStation,” Sony’s Masayasu Ito said while revealing the tech.
