New Diablo III novel bridges the gap between game and expansion

Diablo III: Storm of Light, coming in 2014.

Are you a die-hard Diablo fan? Did you wait in line for the midnight launch of Diablo III, like I did? Or did you just buy the console version? If so, you know about the upcoming expansion, Reaper of Souls.

To tell the story between that and the original Diablo III, Blizzard is launching Diablo III: Storm of Light, a novel that is unleashing hell in 2014.

Set after the end of Diablo III, and leading up to the Reaper of Souls expansion, it will feature Jacob and Shanar from the Diablo: Sword of Justice comic series as protagonists.

No further details were given, but we’ll post them as we find them.
